Livingstone International works with clients with a wide range of experience in sourcing bespoke apparel with minimum order quantities starting at 500 units per design.
The first step in our process is to have an initial conversation to discuss your requirements such as your delivery timeframe, quantities required and budget. We will also discuss your business in general as this will help us to understand any issues you have had before with sourcing product so we can alleviate any fears and keep things as simple as possible for you.
With our sourcing expertise we will discuss your product requirements in more detail such as required fabrics, pantone colours, decoration methods, trims and any accessories. This will enable us to select the best factories for your product types and we can go into a bit more detail regarding our service and what you can expect from us moving forward.
Once we have discussed all your requirements and out a product overview together we will reach out to the relevant factories and we will then be able to supply you with quotations and sample/production lead-times. We will also confirm delivery lead-times and any further information required from the factories.
Proto-type samples can be provided using available fabrics and colours before we proceed to bulk order stage. Once your order is confirmed we will work closely with the factory to provide pre-production samples for you to approve prior to beginning bulk production.
Once the order is complete we will arrange an AQL inspection and then proceed with shipping your goods from the factory direct to your nominated delivery address. Livingstone International take care of all duties and customs paperwork so you don’t have to.
